Please note that all quotes expire after 24 hours. However, if you happen to see the quote later, you can still book it. We will check for availability and resend the quote if possible.

Yes, you can make changes to your existing booking. Please reply to our confirmation email to request any modifications. We require all requests in writing, as we cannot make changes over the phone. This ensures we have a record of the requested changes.

Yes, cancellations are accepted with 14 days' notice; a £50 fee applies. No refund is given for cancellations within a week of travel.
Can I get a full refund?

If a booking is cancelled in writing by the customer with more than 14 days' notice before the date of travel, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
If a booking is cancelled by the customer with less than 14 days' notice but more than 72 hours' notice, 50% of the total booking amount will be deducted.
No refund is given if the booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before the day of the journey. Payment in full will be due to Minibus Transports (MTS) from the customer deposits are nonrefundable on bookings cancelled by the Customer. Please note, a £50 fee will be incurred for any booking cancellation, and we will not refund any booking process fee paid at the time of booking.

A minimum 30% deposit is required to confirm bookings. The remaining amount needs to be paid in cash on the day before the start of the journey. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer or card, the balance must be cleared 3 days before the planned journey date. Please note, we do not accept card payments on the day of the journey.

Prices are calculated based on driving time and fuel; extra stops may result in additional charges. However, we do provide multiple pick-ups and drop-offs, with a maximum of 5 pick-ups/drop-offs included in the offer.

All bookings are subject to Minibus Transports (MTS) terms. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms prior to booking.
Waiting Time Charges: Maximum free waiting time: 15 minutes. After that, £60 per hour will be charged, with a minimum charge of £35 for half an hour.
Non-Airport Bookings: After 15 minutes of free waiting time, any extra waiting time will be charged at £40 per hour for PHO bookings and £60 per hour for PSV bookings.
Airport Bookings: After 20 minutes of free waiting time, any extra waiting time will be charged at £50 per hour for PHO bookings and £70 per hour for PSV bookings.

Maximum free waiting time: 1 hour from the time of flight arrival. After the free waiting time, charges apply: £60 per hour for 16-seater minibuses and £50 per hour for 4-8 seater taxis and minibuses. If the customer refuses to pay the waiting time charges, we reserve the right to cancel their booking and terminate the journey.

Initial Grace Period: We allow a 1-hour grace period from the time your flight lands, plus an additional 20 minutes of free waiting time.
Charges for Delays: Any waiting time beyond the initial 1 hour and 20 minutes will be charged accordingly. £60 per hour for 16-seater minibuses and £50 per hour for 4-8 seater taxis and minibuses.
Flight Tracking: We always track flight landing times to keep parking or waiting charges to a minimum. If you provide a flight number, you will not be charged extra for delays, as we monitor flight arrivals at all UK airports.
Alternative Arrangements: If the flight delay exceeds 1 hour and 20 minutes, we may need to send the minibus to the next job and offer an alternative vehicle or multiple vehicles.
Booking Adjustment: You can delay your booking time in advance if you feel you need more time.

Yes, we do monitor flights to ensure you are not charged for late arrivals, as long as you have provided the flight number at the time of booking.
Providing Flight Information: After the payment page, you will be prompted to add additional information, including your flight number and any notes for the driver.
Late Pickup Charges: While we do not charge for late arrivals if we have your flight number, we will apply late charges if your flight has landed and you delay exiting the airport.

Coaches are maintained to a higher standard than required by legislation.

So you can rest assured that our minibuses and coaches have the latest safety features and undergo regular checks to ensure they are always in top condition. Our minibuses and coaches are driven by experienced and DBS-checked drivers who prioritize your safety and comfort. Our coaches comply with Euro 6 emissions standards, being eco-friendly for travel.

No, we provide minibus with drivers only.

Yes, we offer a meet-and-greet service to ensure your convenience. For minibuses up to 8 seats, your driver will await you in the arrivals area, holding a name board. However, for minibuses and coaches ranging from 9 to 54 seats, the driver will wait in the coaching area. Upon request, we can provide the meet-and-greet service for larger vehicles, though an additional cost may apply. Typically, we share driver details with you one day before your scheduled service. Upon your arrival at the airport, simply contact the driver, who will then share their location with you and guide you to the pick-up terminal.

Water and cold food are allowed; hot food or alcoholic drinks require prior consent.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed; stops can be made upon request.

Most vehicles have Bluetooth or aux lead connectivity for personal music.

There will be £60 charge to allow Drinking on board, you can choose this option on the payment page. Please note that strictly no alcohol is allowed if this option is not selected during payment. Some corporate events may be exempt from this fee.
